At the customer's request, Frontline will design and implement service contracts tailored for selected critical equipment or for the entire plant.

At the end of each visit our technician will inform the customer of any issues that need immediate attention, and then the following day our service department will send a full detailed report of findings and a recommended course of action.

In some cases Frontline will provide one or more full time technicians for few weeks or few months to fill a temporary void in the customer's maintenance workforce. In such cases our technicians will have an assigned stage area where they will keep all their tools and equipment.

The technicians will report everyday directly to the customer and will work under the customer's supervision.
