Plant Shut Downs

During your scheduled Plant Shut Down, Frontline can provide several service technicians to work on your equipment. Our service technicians can work independently on pre-assigned tasks or under your supervision as an extension of your maintenance department.

The services most commonly provided by our technicians during plant shut downs are:

• Replacement and Laser Alignment of Motors, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Electric Slip Clutches and Air Handlers

• Pipe Welding A.S.M.E. Certified up to 20" sch.80

• Flange Refacing up to 36" O.D

• Heat Exchanger Replacement

• Valve Replacement and/or Repacking

• Strainer Cleaning and/or Replacement

• Replacement of Bearings on Conveyors and Air Handlers

• Replacement of Mechanical Seals on Mixers and Agitators

• General Maintenance, Inspection and Lubrication
