Type FD36 are multiple spring seals with an easily replaceable seal ring. The secondary sealing is achieved by an “O” ring which is interchangeable with a PTFE V pack to suite fluid characteristics. FD36B is recommended for higher pressures.
Service: Mild acids, alkalies, solvents, salts and petroleum products etc.
Pressure: Up to 140 psi for type FD36
Up to 500 psi for type FD36B
Temperature: -40° to 400° F
